An academic focus is very important to Kids Klub, every afternoon students complete homework and/or tutoring with its daily Homework Club.  During this time, students are given the opportunity to work with a teacher in a small group setting with concentration in specific subject areas. In addition Kids Klub encourages peer-to-peer collaboration between the students to assist with learning.

The curriculum is developed by a team of school age professionals that meet monthly to assess outcomes and objectives of the program. Kids Klub’s curriculum is designed to engage students from grades K through 5.  This is to ensure that the activities are developmentally appropriate using a mixture of grouping styles (i.e. small group, large group, individual) based on age, interest, and ability.

Students participating in Kids Klub activities are provided with easy access to a variety of enriching activities such as arts, humanities, character development, health, fitness, academic support, conflict resolution, service learning and  STEM,  and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with peers and adults, is known to benefit students socially, emotionally, and academically.
