Kids Klub is now EnrichEd School Age Program and Dr. Day Care is now NurturEd Early Learning Center
Kids Klub will officially become EnrichEd School Age Program. Along with a new name and logo, this change reflects our continued growth and our strengthened focus on education, enrichment, and school age programming.
Dr. Day Care is proud to announce its rebrand as NurturEd Early Learning Center, a new name and visual identity that better reflects the organization’s educational philosophy and nurturing approach to early childhood development.
The special needs program that supports children attending NurturEd and EnrichEd is also changing its name from Therapeutic Child Care Services to the new name EnhancEd Support Services.

CEO Amy S. Vogel explained that “Our goal was to create consistency across all of our organizations, because at our core we are one unified community.” Each logo has shared elements, including a navy color and consistent font, which visually connect the three companies.
Each company also has “Ed” at the end of each name. Amy adds that “This is intentional and meaningful. It reflects our deep commitment to education in all forms – educating children, supporting teachers, learning from one another, and growing continuously.” The home office that supports these programs is also getting a new name to reflect these changes: EdCentral. This change reflects that education is central to who we are and what we do every day.
EnhancEd, EnrichEd, and NurturEd were founded by Vogel’s mother, Dr. Mary Ann Shallcross Smith. These new names also honor the founder and her Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.). In that way, it represents both her legacy and impact on the early childhood and school age profession.
While the names and logos are changing, families can be assured that ownership, staff, programs, policies, and daily operations remain exactly the same. The rebrand represents an evolution, not a change. The commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for students remains the same.
“For years, the word ‘daycare’ has suggested simply supervision,” said Founder Dr. Shallcross Smith. “Our mission has always gone far beyond that. This rebrand reflects our commitment to learning, emotional development, and nurturing each child’s curiosity and confidence.”
Families will continue to see the same trusted educators, familiar classrooms, and high-quality care they have come to rely on, now under a name that more accurately represents the heart of the program.
“We’re still the same people, with the same values and dedication,” added Vogel. “This rebrand simply allows our name to match the meaningful work happening in our classrooms every day.”
The transition to NurturEd, EnrichEd, and EnhancEd will roll out across signage, communication materials, and digital platforms over the coming weeks.
