Congratulations to our Employee of the Season:
Alisha Heistand
Shout out to Alisha – our Employee of the Season!
Alisha has been with the Kids Klub since October 2017! She holds the position of Administrator at Stephen Olney.
Congratulations Alisha!
Some feedback from coworkers includes:
“I am nominating Alisha because she’s so nice and she’s such a hard worker. I am new at Kids Klub even though I went there as a kid. It was difficult learning everything but she showed me and made it simpler and now I love working here because of her.”
“I would like to nominate Alisha Heistand, Operational Administrator of Kids Klub Stephen Olney. Miss Alisha has been a huge help since the start of the school year. She not only has been successfully running her own large Kids Klub site, but she is always willing to help out at other sites in the absence of another Admin. Alisha also does a tremendous job at training new staff with her Model Classroom. She takes the time to thoughtfully and professionally go over each aspect of the job, and make new staff members feel welcome. Alisha’s staff meetings alone are a nod to her team-building and supportive approach, having over 10 staff attend (which isn’t an easy feat with KK sites). Other staff know they can call her in a pinch for help! Alisha also developed her own after school enrichment, “Bullies Be Gone!” The kids have been very excited to participate, and the staff are just as excited to have her at their site. I am extremely thankful for Alisha’s help this school year thus far, and proud of the growth she has shown over the years!”
